Built to Lead
Born in Newark, Ohio, Natasha Ryan joined the U.S. Army in 1999 and built a career defined by courage, adaptability, and service above self. From her first deployment to Bosnia, to flying Blackhawks in combat zones across Afghanistan, she has led in the most demanding environments on earth.

She went on to serve as a pilot, Female Engagement Team Chief alongside Special Forces, Rangers, and Civil Affairs units in RC-North, Afghanistan.
One of 29 women selected for the inaugural Secretary of the Army’s Women’s Initiatives Team, Natasha has spent her career opening doors.
